Freedom

I absolutely loved painting this image. I got the idea from a song by Karliene entitled Wolf Pack. One of the lyrics was “running wild and free, with my Wolfpack following me”, which inspired this painting.

However, I suddenly wondered if the wolves are really my pack or warning me……..

The more I thought about it, I realised that the only reason the song spoke to me was that I really craved freedom. I worried that the snarling wolf, who is my protector, may not actually be really protecting me from harm; just protecting me from real life…….
